Candyland in Germany
In Germany, cannabis is a prescription medicine dispensed by pharmacies. On Oct 3, 2026, weed.de's catalog of 2,150 medical cannabis products listed none made from Candyland.7
How these numbers were collected
- Source: Weedmaps’ public product listings, captured on Oct 4, 2026 for one city per state, counting stores and deliveries within 50 miles and in the same state.1
- A menu item counts when its name contains “Candyland”, “Candy Land” or “Kandyland” and Weedmaps files it as flower, including infused flower. Excluded: crosses written with x, ×, + or & next to the name; Purple, Pink, Lemon, Blue, White, Black, Cherry, Strawberry, Mango, Orange, Grape, Super, Sour or Cotton in front of “Candyland” or “Candy Land”; OG, Kush, Haze, CBD, Cake, Cookies, Gelato, Punch, Pie, Diesel, Runtz, Express or Peyote after any of the three spellings; and pre-rolls, vapes and other non-flower items.
- “Median eighth” uses only items sold as an eighth (3.5 g). Listed prices may or may not include tax, deals are not applied, infused flower is counted but not priced, and medians from a handful of items are indicative only.
- Only stores with a Weedmaps menu are counted, so a low count can reflect Weedmaps coverage rather than the market.

Names you will see on menus
Leafly lists Kandyland as another name, and Weedmaps lists Kandyland and Candy Land.2,3 State lab records use the two-word spelling too: 16 of the 514 flower tests we matched are labelled “Candy Land”.4 Our Weedmaps count includes all three spellings.1 Flower is only part of it: the count behind Weedmaps’ own strain page found 33 dispensaries within 20 miles of Los Angeles listing Candyland in any category, against 19 stores with the flower within 50 miles in our count.1 The gap was widest around Oklahoma City: 50 dispensaries within 20 miles listed it in some category, against 9 stores with the flower in our count.1
In Oregon, a 2016 rule barred the name Candyland from packaging and labels; licensees could rename the strain or use its initials, and the strains themselves could still be sold.5,6
